ASSET MANAGEMENT ( TIME AND HEALTH)
Time and health are two important aspects of our lives.
Everyone
is given the same time of capital, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are
people who do a lot of activities well within a week, some are using the 7 days
was not enough to do their activities. Then what differentiates both? That
distinguishes both is on the way capital utilization time.
We
should be able to take advantage of the time with things that are productive. If
any one can master a discipline within 2 hours, then try the less time we can
master it. If one key to success because it used to get up at 4 am, then wake
up early example woke up at 3 in the morning. Of course not just wake up, but
be continued bath or ablution and pray then start the activity.
Health
to be an important one in life. How many activities that we can do with a fit
body, but when we sick, our activities can not be done, a lot of targets
unresolved. Sick is caused by something is wrong, probably from lifestyle or in
an improper diet. As often stay up that has no meaning, less attention to the
nutritional value, less exercise, then perhaps we are unconsciously not meet
our bodies right. Especially as students are often busy with tasks or
organizational activities that followed. To prevent this, there are some tips
that we can made ourselves with a healthy lifestyle.
1.
Exercise regularly . Set respiratory muscles and the
brain if the relaxation. Find a sport that is not too expensive but refreshing
body like jogging, swimming, badminton, soccer, and others. berialh rights body

Get up early and shower immediately. A study proving the benefits of

Consumption of milk and vitamins

deficiencies can make the body less bonafide. Set aside money for future

the more activities undertaken, the more intake of vitamins that the body
needs.

Different frugal cheapskate. If they want to save money, does
not mean eating that usually 3 times a day to 1 times a day, usually with eggs,
so just with crackers. Short-term impact may not be felt, but in the very long
term implications for the health of the body. Not extravagant, nor too stingy.
But balanced in between. Nutritious food does not necessarily have to be
expensive, learn and apply simple nutrition that we get through reading books.

for the body.

Occasional recreation. Take a few days for recreation. Recreation

time and set goals.

book or at least can be a theme of sharing in your blog or website.

Prepare a
special time to enjoy the fall foliage, breezy winds, waves are reassuring
people. Reflect on the journey of life that has been passed, which needs to be
evaluated and improved.

Document
everything. Bring a camera to capture the beautiful moments, so if one day we
need something that can give us the spirit, look at the pictures of happiness,
when we smile and happy spirit. Feel the energy that plays well when we look at
these photos.
